Complexity in Nature
Taken back in November 2014 on a misty morning at Wittenham Clumps, South Oxfordshire. I was walking along the embankments of the iron age earthworks that surround Castle Hill and was struck by the complex tangle of branches on the Blackthorn trees. Combined with the mist and the autumnal tones of the backdrop, the following images portray the beauty of what seems to be harsh complexity that we usually pass by.
